Professionals are time-poor and unsure of the purpose of Indie in assisting with stress management in the workplace, so they are hesitant to advocate this new technology.

We built four personas, 2 x managers 2 x employees in order to help design with the user in mind and ensure we looked to meet the needs of these personas throughout our exploration.

The kitchen can be a daunting place for anyone, but add time pressure, decision paralysis, and lack of inspiration then you have a real problem. Cook Plants looked to us to lead the exploration into how they could transform the online recipe experience for the everyday chef.

iO Energy by Zero Gravity Creative

We reached out to everyday energy users in Australia to understand more about their thoughts and feelings in regard to energy as a whole and their relationship with it. we uncovered their biggest pain points and misconceptions and worked to elevate them through the design process.   We interviewed 45 homeowners and 16 business owners over the course of two weeks to help us build out our understanding of the industry and how the consumer interacts, understands and manages their energy.  

We looked to create a seamless site for iO Energy whilst ensuring it stayed true to their brand and guidelines. The aim was to provide stylish and functional solutions which we identified as clear Calls to action, Find your plan, Plan comparison, Plan breakdowns, and an iO customer map. We overhauled the overall site layout to ensure information was clear and digestible, whilst aiming to educate the user on iO Energy and the benefits of their renewable energy plans. 

MPB were looking to provide their customers with the option to add extended product protection to their range of products. Add-ons can create friction in the checkout process, we were asked to come up with an on-brand solution that would be seamless for the user.

As the solution had to sit within checkout we wanted to add as least friction as possible. We wanted to ensure the user was able to engage with the protection upsell with ease, whilst focusing on the main MPB goal which was to convert users into adding a protection plan to their item.  we were aiming to make them want to add a plan, instead of creating a friction-based experience like a modal, which could lead to a negative conversion of the original checkout items.
